As an experienced waiter, you will play a pivotal role in delivering a memorable dining experience for our guests.
Your responsibilities will include providing attentive service, sharing your in-depth knowledge of our menu, and ensuring that every detail is perfect.

As a F&B Attendant, you will be responsible for the following: Welcome guests with a warm and professional demeanour Present menus, answer questions, and make recommendations based on guest preferences Take accurate food and drink orders, ensuring attention to dietary restrictions and preferences Deliver food and beverages promptly and ensure guest satisfaction Maintain a clean and organized dining area, collaborating with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service flow Handle guest inquiries and complaints with professionalism and grace Stay knowledgeable about menu items, specials, and wine pairings About you Exceptional customer service skills and a strong work ethic Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Knowledge of wine, experience in Coravin wine service preferred Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed Certifications required: RSA Please be advised, this role requires a Criminal Check to be undertaken prior to starting the role.
These casual positions will require availability for a variety of dinner shifts from Tuesday to Saturday.
Availability on weekends and during seasonal peaks (summer, public holiday and school holiday periods) is essential.
