The Role: As theFood & Beverage Attendant, you will be working within our Food and Beverage Team to support the Venue Manager in the smooth and efficient running of the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, Langland's Restaurant & Bar and event space 'Bellarine'. Provide exceptional customer service by handling all guest enquiries in a courteous manner, bringing your personality to light, and being your true and authentic self.
Some of the responsibilities include : Greet, present menus, take orders, and serve food and beverage items to guestsProvide personalised and outstanding service to all guestsOpen, set up and close the outletHave a thorough understanding of all food and beverage items on the menuSet, clear and reset designated working areasQualifications About you: Previous Food and Beverage experience in a Hotel or a similar fast-paced environmentA current Victorian Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificateAbility to sell and upsell food and beverage combinations and/or alternativesExceptional interpersonal, communication and time management skillsAbility to problem solve and thrive in a fast-paced environmentThe flexibility to work on a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays Culture Statement: We aim to create a culture that seeks to empower our teams by creating a safe and authentic environment through supporting each other's individuality, being open-minded and inclusive.
