Job Description
Providing food and beverage service to guests in our restaurants, barand conference spacesExplaining the menu to guests, assisting those with special dietary needs or preferencesMaximisingsales opportunities with recommendations and suggestionsCommunicating with other departments to ensure the highest level of guest service is maintainedMaintaining clean and safe work spaces and guest areas and ensuring food safety requirements are followed Qualifications
Great communication skills & presentation and confidence to engage with guestsA genuine interest in food and beverage as well as in our local Melbourne areaDemonstrated ability to work as part of a teamExperience in food and beverage is preferable, but a passion for providing great service is what will really make you stand outBar experience will be a plus Additional Information
