Located in the Ibis Styles Hobart, Mr Good Guy takes you deep into the night markets of Asia, allowing our guests to experience the hawker food found in the backstreets and laneways of South-East Asia in the heart of Hobart. We pride ourselves on our fun, contemporary and authentic menu that showcases local produce and international favourites.You will join our Food & Beverage team and assist in the smooth operation of our F&B outlets. Your food and beverage knowledge is unrivalled. You are guest obsessed and have built your reputation on delivering exceptional dining experiences with a focus on building a culture of intuitive service that creates special moments for all guests. You will be part of a F&B team that delivers outstanding service across breakfast, lunch and dinner, as well as an extensive bar offering and our meetings & events space.QualificationsWhat we're looking for:An unbridled passion for food and a love of sharing your 'food stories' with our patrons.
