Job Description You will join our Food & Beverage team and assist in the smooth operation of our F&B outlets. Your food and beverage knowledge are unrivalled. Qualifications What we're looking for: An unbridled passion for food and a love of sharing your 'food stories' with our patrons. Experience and knowledge of Asian cuisine preferred Good communication and interpersonal skills with a high level of organisation, accuracy, and attention to detail The confidence to explain our menu to guests with gusto, assisting those with special dietary needs or preferences as well as providing enthusiastic assistance when recommending wine and beverages An ability to find the "Yes" in every situation A passion for maximising sales opportunities by upselling items A calm nature in the midst of a fast-paced environment The necessary skills to actively resolve complaints and challenges presented by customers. A team player with the ability to assist in all areas of F&B operations during peak times The drive to make Mr Good Guy a destination restaurant for South East Asian cuisine in Devonport!
