The Role: Excellent communication, with superior customer service skills. Provide a warm, friendly, and welcoming style of service to our amazing customers. Take a hands-on approach to meet with guests and troubleshoot any queries. Work cooperatively with operations and kitchen teams in facilitating functions and events. The Person: An experienced Food & Beverage professional who is agile and able to 'think on their feet'. Passionate about fantastic service standards. Loves great food and wine (who doesn't?)
