About the position Oozing seaside charm, The Anchorage offers some of the best dining experiences in the region.
The Galley Kitchen – our bright and breezy, all-day diner, Moby's Bar – our sophisticated bar home to a selection of the world's finest whiskies, smartest cocktails, and wonderful wines, and The Poolside Bar offers refreshing drinks and light nibbles.
We are currently seeking a FULL TIME Food & Beverage Attendant to join our team.
Duties will include but are not limited to: Provide and project friendly, courteous and professional service at all times.
Set restaurant in line with booking requirements and customer requests.
Break down and cleaning of restaurant.
Prepare and serve beverages including cocktails and presentation of wine.
Facilitate room service, taking orders and delivery.
Follow RSA government legislation requirements.
This position will require availability for a variety of shifts for breakfast, lunch, and dinner service across a 7-day roster.
Availability on weekends and during seasonal peaks (summer, public holidays, and school holiday periods) is essential.
Certifications required: RSA About you We are seeking dynamic individuals to complement and work closely with our Food and Beverage team in delivering the ultimate guest experience amongst our Food & Beverage outlets.
You will have exceptional customer service skills, a positive and enthusiastic attitude, and the ability to retain your high standards in a busy and demanding position.
What we offer This position has been identified as a traineeship opportunity.
Complete formalised training to gain a Certificate III in Hospitality, a nationally recognised qualification.
