Serve food and beverages to guests with professionalism and attention to detail.Prepare cocktails and beverages to guests dining in our outlets.Set up and prepare banquet venues according to event requirements and standards.Anticipate guest needs and provide personalized service to exceed expectations.Maintain cleanliness and organization of Food & Beverage outlets.Collaborate effectively with colleagues to ensure seamless coordination during events and service.Adhere to brand standards, policies, and health and safety regulations at all times.Qualifications Passion for hospitality, service excellence, innovation, and driveMotivated with exceptional attention to detailExperience in hospitality and/or luxury environments preferredExcellent communication and teamwork skillsProfessional appearance representing our Sofitel brandFlexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
