What are we looking for in a Food & Beverage Attendant? This position is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Food & Beverage (Bar and Gaming) Attendant looking for casual hours to join our team. The main duties performed in this role will include attending to enquiries from our gaming patrons as well as preparing and dispensing beverages and providing memorable customer service experiences to all of our valued hotel guests.
What will you bring to this role? • Exceptional customer service skills preferably gained from previous experience working in gaming/hospitality, or extensive experience in another frontline customer service position.
• Reliability and the flexibility to work a variety of night and weekend shifts which may include public holidays.
• A current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Certificate and a current Responsible Conduct of Gaming (RCG) Certificate
