Your responsibilities will include:
Take ownership of the running of the breakfast service, ensuring that the outlet is running smoothly, and all tasks are completed efficiently.Leading by example with exceptional guest service at all times.Ensure standards of hygiene and food safety are maintained.Upkeep knowledge of outlet and offerings.Opening/closing the venue.Train new team members and share your knowledge with the team. As the successful applicant, you will have the following:
Previous experience in a high volume and fast-paced food and beverage setting is highly desired.Excellent customer service skills.Team-oriented and able to assist where needed.Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.Confident with leading and coaching other team members.Strong attention to detail.
