A few of your responsibilities: Work alongside the Venue Manager to recruit and develop team membersEnsuring RSA standards are met at all timesAssist in leading the venueEnsuring all team members maintain cleanliness and organisation of the venueServing Food and creating and serving of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages for our patronsWhat are we looking for: Demonstrated leadership experience in a fast-paced restaurant environmentAbility to communicate effectively with a diverse range of guestsFlexible availability to suit a 24/7 rosterCurrent QLD RSA Statement of AttainmentAbout you: With your exceptional attention to detail and customer service skills, you will take pride in delivering an unforgettable experience for our guests.
