The position will be required to work both front of house and in the kitchen to assist the operation to deliver on a daily basis.
You will also be responsible for the following:
Open/Closing of RestaurantSet up of FOH & BOH for daily tradeCustomer service, use of POSPreparation of hot/cold foodLead a team of staff and coordinate breaksBe responsible for staff performance and delivery of product and service qualityEnsure all preparation, cleaning and maintenance schedules are completed on a daily basisCleaning and closing of store, including reconciliation of sales and banking.Effectively perform all duties of functions, special events and related F&B services, including owner and guest service.Effectively perform all duties of F&B services including but not limited restaurant day to day operation, bar, events and meetingsWhat You'll Bring To be successful in this role, you will be:
Previous experience in a Food & Beverage environment is desirableExperience in mixing and serving alcoholic and nonalcoholic beveragesA current Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate and Food Safety knowledgeExperienced barista with a passion for coffeeCommercial Cookery qualifications and/or experienceExcellent communication and customer service skillsImmaculate presentation and grooming standardsAbility to work a flexible roster, working afternoon/evenings and weekendsKnowledge of OH&S guidelines and legislative food safety requirementWhere Memories Start with YouHospitality is at the heart of all we do at Travel + Leisure Co.
