ABOUT YOU...
previous Hotel F&B Experience, is a plus. Several years of experience in the food and beverage industry, with previous supervisory or management experience. Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems (Oracle is a plus) and inventory management software. Knowledge of Bar operations with strong exposure to cocktail making and wine. Knowledge in Restaurant Operations and basics of Banqueting Strong organisational and multitasking capabilities. Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.
