Job Description
An exciting opportunity exists for a hospitality professional who is highly motivated and driven to join our team as a Food and Beverage Supervisor.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide efficient, friendly, and professional beverage service whilst familiarising yourself with VIP and regular guests to meet their needs.Implement systems to maintain control of bar service equipment, conduct regular stocktakes, and ensure accurate guest billing.Establish and uphold cleaning schedules for the restaurant area, maintaining the highest hygiene standards.Ensure team members are knowledgeable about current menu and promotions, maximising sales opportunities.Oversee mise en place, back-of-house operations, and cellar management to maintain high standards throughout the establishment.Qualifications
We're looking for a Food and Beverage Supervisor who can:
