We are bright, colourful, stylish and are looking for our next Full-Time Food and Beverage Supervisor to lead our F&B team.
Job DescriptionWorking closely with the Operations Manager, you are someone who represents our friendly and professional service philosophy.
A proactive attitude that translates to a high performance mindset and outstanding attention to detail will also be brought by the successful applicant.
Ensure efficient, friendly and professional food and beverage service is provided to all guests.Lead the service of your shift.Assist with rostering and ordering.Liaise with customers and Chef/kitchen team to ensure service times are adhered to.Ensure revenue for the shift is accounted for with cash/charge summary being completed to balance daily activities.Set up systems to protect and maintain control of restaurant and conference service equipment, correctly recording breakages and carrying out regular stock takes.Ensure all mis-en-place is completed prior to guests arriving.Ensure staff are competent in all service procedures and are able to maximize sales to guests.Conduct staff skill testing, training and development to maintain a constant focus on providing an excellent guest experience.Set up and pack down of events/conference rooms and coordination on the day when required.Coordinate cleaning and maintenance of outlets, work areas, tableware, utensils, and other materials and equipment.Handle any escalated guest complaints to a guest-focused solution.Be knowledgeable of and operate within the outlet and hotel liquor licensing guidelines and House Management Policies.QualificationsYour experience and skills include:
