The RoleThe Food & Beverage Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations and management of the Front of House team, ensuring exceptional guest focus is prioritized in all tasks.
This role involves supervising, training, and coordinating the efforts of all Food & Beverage attendants, while maintaining high efficiency standards and delivering outstanding customer service.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of our F&B dining experience, while maintaining a superior guest focus at all times.Supervise, train, and coordinate the work of Food & Beverage attendants, ensuring high standards of customer service and operational efficiency.Lead by example, fostering a positive and motivated team culture.Implement and maintain service standards to enhance both guest satisfaction and team performance.Assist in scheduling, staffing, and managing daily operations to ensure seamless service.Skills & ExperiencePrevious experience in a supervisory role within Food & Beverage, ideally in a restaurant or resort setting.Demonstrated leadership experience and ability.Enthusiastic, loyal and energetic team member with a positive outlook ensuring high morals and clarity of purpose.Ability to communicate at all levels and work harmoniously with people of all backgrounds.Fantastic customer service.Flexible attitude to hours, including weekends and on short notice.Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA).Food Handling Certificate (highly preferred).Food Safety supervisor certificate (highly preferred).A current valid driver's licence is essential.BenefitsThe opportunity to work in a stunning outback location at Kings Canyon Resort.Accommodation and meals are available.Future opportunities within the company.Strong support from Management and Head Office.Discounted accommodation for you, your family & friends at over 300 G'day Group holiday parks nationally.Discounts with our G'day Rewards Partners including gym memberships, flights, petrol, car and camper van hire, car servicing and more!Service recognition awards.Access to Employee Assistance Program.Internal promotions and opportunities.Prior to an offer of employment being made, candidates must be able to provide a Police Clearance.
This role may involve extensive manual handling tasks including lifting up to 20kg, kneeling and squatting, as well as handling chemicals and utilising machinery.
