KEY RESPONSIBILITIES (but not limited to) Live, breathe and deliver our company values out to your team membersServe our valued customers with enthusiasmReacts to service barriers to ensure smooth & efficient serviceMonitor and train on guest service to maintain high standardsProvide training to the team on how to maximise sales through average check growth (ATV)Manages roster and absenteeism when manager is not on shiftEnsures all tools and procedures are used/followed at all times to ensure consistent quality, and that team members are aware of these processes and trained accordinglyImplement and monitor continuous improvement systems and processesMaintains store cleanliness standards including completion of daily, weekly and monthly cleaning checklists.
