Are you looking for a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity? Ayers Rock Resort is searching for a Food & Beverage Manager to live and work onsite at Yulara, NT, which is a 20-minute drive from Uluru, one of Australia's most iconic and culturally significant landmarks.
Who we're seeking?
We are looking for a dynamic and strategic hands-on Food & Beverage Manager to ensure efficient and consistent service standards across all outlets in Zone Three at Ayers Rock Resort. You'll be responsible for managing the Outback BBQ Bar, Outback Kiosk, Outback Bottle Shop, Bough House Restaurant, Residents Club and various catering and event operations. You'll also lead a dedicated team that includes F&B Attendants, Supervisors, and Assistant Managers, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and maintaining a high standard of service that exceeds guest expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage all F&B outlets, including staffing, budgeting, and operational planning. Oversee cost control measures and ensure efficient resource allocation to meet financial goals. Uphold service quality and ensure all outlets consistently meet company standards. Promote a positive and safe working environment, emphasizing team development and training. Liaise with department managers to ensure smooth interdepartmental operations. Maintain stock control systems and financial reporting. Drive innovation within F&B operations by presenting and integrating new concepts and ideas. Essential Qualifications, Experience & Skills:
Five years experience in a multi-outlet F&B environment, preferably in a resort or hotel. Proven ability to manage teams. Strong budgeting, financial reporting, and stock control experience. Full Australian Driving License Full Australian Working Rights The Best Part:
