About the Role
To accurately and promptly distribute and handle all in-coming mails, memos and internal correspondence To ensure the upkeep and security of all Food and Beverage files. To be responsible for the typing, filing and up keeping of all private and confidential matters related to the department. Word processing of menus, place cards and running sheets for client functions when required.
