THE POSITION: Provide a warm, friendly and welcoming style. Provide a high-level food and beverage service at a variety of sites and locations. Fine dining experience preferred. Ensuring the boardrooms are set up correctly within a timely fashion. Maintain standards of hygiene for food handling and presentation. Liaise with all team members, including chefs to access requirements for the day. THE PERSON: Must hold a valid RSA. 2-3 years of F&B experience is essential. Experience in 5 star premium dining, corporate or boardroom settings, a la-carte VIP service, hatted restaurants, conference/events, venues or airline lounges is highly regarded. Have excellent communication and superior customer service skills. Able to prioritise tasks in a fast-paced, busy environment. Must be well presented. THE BENEFITS: Above award hourly rate.
