Responsibilities Always followthe Hotel operating procedures and represent The Standard to the expected levelof service.Be on thefloor, in full uniform, well-groomed and ready for service at the start of yourshift.Prepare thefloor and stations for service and following the established checklists and asdirected by the Manager on duty.Have a strongknowledge and understanding of all applicable food and beverage menus.Be aware ofany specials on the menu, as well as any specific daily briefingpoints.To serve foodand drinks, consistently following The Standard's 'Order of Service'.Buildexcellent relations with guests.Welcome guests in a professional and friendly mannerand ensure that their wishes are met so far as is reasonably possible.To attend alltraining sessions and team meetings as required.To correctlyfollow the company cash handling procedures at all times and be responsible forall payments taken by yourself. To carry outany tasks assigned to you as directed by the management team.Beknowledgeable of and operate within appropriate outlet and Hotel liquorlicensing guidelines and management policies.Maintaincurrency of RSA certification, amendments and updates and adhere to RSAprinciples.Ensure allOH&S requirements are adhered to and ensure all health or safety hazards orincidents are reported in a timely manner.
