Job Description This is a great opportunity to demonstrate your customer service and eagerness to develop skills across a wide range of food and beverage operations.
Creating exceptional guest experiences by providing great customer service and memorable moments.Efficiently taking orders and serving food & beverage for restaurant, café, and in-room dining.Breakfast service including buffet and a la carte, and maintaining presentation of the restaurant.Assisting guests with questions and menu recommendations.Working collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth running of the service period. Qualifications Previous experience in a similar role, with hotel experience being an advantage.Knowledge of beverages including barista coffee, cocktails, and wines to maximize average spend.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with attention to detail.Interest in making genuine connections with guests and colleagues.Availability to work varied shifts including early morning, late evenings, weekends, and public holidays.Current Responsible Service of Alcohol and Food Handling, or willing to obtain.Must have working rights in Australia.
