Job Description
With your experience, create an impact on our guests in this hands-on and detail orientated role
Ensure our guests have a great food and beverage experience and make holiday memories

What you'll do:
This casual role will work predominately at the newly refurbished Derwent Bridge Hotel.
However, you may also work at Pumphouse Point when required.
You'll provide exceptional service with a warm welcome.
You'll treat our guests and customers as individuals, offering tailored options and solutions with a resilient and can-do attitude.
On a daily basis you will:
Undertake general waiting and service duties of food and beverages.
Ensure accurate processing of dockets, including cashiering duties.
Setup and reset restaurants and specific conference & function activities as required.
What you'll bring:
Food and beverage service experience with a passion for great food showcasing local produce
Strong bar and cocktail making experience
A vibrant attitude with the ability to work effectively as part of a busy team
Genuine interest and knowledge of beverage products such as spirits, beer, and wine.
A reputation for providing excellent customer service, engaging in great conversations with our guests
Barista skills
Valid Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate (RSA)
Possess a Do Food Safely Certificate of completion
Flexible attitude to work hours over a 7 day roster, including weekends and public holidays
