We're seeking charismatic and passionate Food & Beverage Attendants with part-time availability to deliver exceptional service in our esteemed establishment.

Positions AvailableFood and Beverage AttendantThis varied and dynamic role provides a chance to develop your hospitality career within an international company.
ResponsibilitiesProvide attentive, friendly, and efficient service to guests, ensuring their dining experience exceeds expectations.Maintain a thorough understanding of our food and beverage offerings, including daily specials and menu items, to assist guests with their choices and answer any queries.Accurately take and process food and drink orders, coordinating with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely and accurate delivery.Set up and clear tables, ensure proper table settings, and attend to guests' needs throughout their meal, including refills and special requests.QualificationsA successful candidate will have:
Previous Food & Beverage experience in a hotel environment or similar fast-paced environment.A valid and current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate.Superior customer service skills along with the capability of working both autonomously and as part of a team.The ability to create a positive first impression with an understanding of the importance of 5-star grooming standards.The flexibility to work on a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays.Ability to work 3 - 5 days a week.A career with Hyatt opens a world of opportunities.
