Successful applicants must have the flexibility to work a 7-day roster.

Exceptional and professional customer service Serve, clean, and reset through all service periods as required Proficient in the professional service of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages Consistent delivery of the venue's products Good understanding of all food and beverage offerings, including menus available, food service systems, and till operations Communicate and liaise with team members Efficient knowledge of the point-of-sale operating system (on-the-job training provided) Maintain and clean all work areas Adhere to all policies and procedures as directed by management Follow Safe Work Procedures for all areas of the hotel as per the responsibility of all employees under the WHS Act 2012 Ensure personal compliance with Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Any other duties directed by Management ABOUT US The Bentleys Hotel in Clare is part of Matthews Hospitality Group, a South Australian family business established in 1942.
