Support your Restaurant Manager in stocking food and ensuring maintenance tasks are logged and completed. Assist the Restaurant Manager with rostering and ensure timesheets are approved accurately and on time. The Perfect Assistant Manager Will Be: Experienced: Previous hospitality experience in front, back-of-house, or any customer-facing role is preferred but not essential. Fun, Approachable, and Enthusiastic: You delight people, and they're drawn to your energy. Supportive: You care about people and thrive on coaching team members and seeing them flourish.
