The Opportunity Work Schedule: Monday to Friday | 8:00 am to 4:06 pm Location: Emerald location, with free onsite parking. Role Responsibilities: Manage inbound calls and emails, addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external customers to meet their needs and exceed expectations. Perform general office and administrative duties, including data entry and accurate record-keeping. Collaborate with your team to foster a positive, supportive work environment and contribute to improving customer service processes. Customer Service Experience: Preferred but not essential. Skills and Qualities: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a people-first approach. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with others. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in basic computer applications, including MS Office suite. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
