Requirements:
Proven experience in the transport industry with specific knowledge of branch management. A deep understanding of transport regulations, compliance, and safety protocols. Excellent attention to detail and freedom from risk of error in operations. Strong communication skills to provide clarity on tasks and duties to the team. Proficient in MS Office required, and logistics management software highly regarded. Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and financial performance. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills. Knowledge of industry regulations and safety standards. HR licence or willing to obtain if successful. Forklift licence required.
