Are you passionate about hospitality, upskilling others, and enhancing guest experiences? Join the Stellarossa family as a Front of House (FOH) Operations Support & Training Officer and help drive excellence across our franchise network. This role is based from our HQ in Kelvin Grove, but will require considerable driving travel to our SEQ cafe locations as well as occasional plane travel to regional areas.

Position Overview: As the FOH Operations Support & Training Officer, your primary focus will be to provide ongoing training, mentoring, and upskilling to Franchise Partners and their team members. You'll play a crucial role in enhancing front-of-house operations, customer experience, and ultimately, revenue growth. This role is ideal for someone with a background in hospitality who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys working closely with franchise partners and cafe team members to deliver tangible improvements in performance.
Key Responsibilities: - Deliver regular FOH training, including barista skills, upselling techniques, and guest experience best practices.
- Ensure all Franchise Partners and team members receive timely training and demonstrate measurable improvement.
- Collaborate with the Systems & Operations Manager and General Manager to implement training programs that align with corporate goals.
- Support franchise partners with new store openings, onboarding, handovers, and decommissioning.
- Ensure compliance with brand guidelines, food safety standards, and use of approved suppliers.
- Drive initiatives to increase sales through marketing campaigns, product bundles, and promotions.
- Maintain consistent reporting and documentation. 
What We're Looking For: - Minimum 2 years of experience in a senior customer-facing service role.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a senior barista role.
- Full Driver's Licence and own reliable vehicle.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and provide coaching.
- A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a strong understanding of the Australian café market.
- Vibrant, engaging and charismatic personality with ability to influence and inspire to bring the best out of people.  
Desirable Skills: - Experience in Franchising
- Confidence with POS systems and 
- Comfortable using a range of digital tools and software
- Strong computer literacy, including Microsoft Office, the Google Suite, and cloud-based platforms

Salary: The annual salary for the role is in range of $70,000 - $80,000 plus car allowance for all work related travel, phone allowance, laptop, superannuation and tools of the trade.
