Focus Executive Recruitment | Contract Administrator

This high profile construction group operates in the commercial-industrial building space and has new projects set to commence in 2025.
They are looking to add an experienced Contract Administrator to their team for new projects ranging in size from $50m - $200m.

In this role you will work closely with a Project Manager and wider site team to cover the full range of CA duties involving both head and sub-contract matters.
This will include progress claims, letting contracts, cost reporting and variations.
The company has well established systems and a loyal group of subcontractors with strong client relationships, much of the work is carried out for repeat clients.

To suit this role it is expected you are capable of carrying out the lead CA function on similarly sized projects.
You will have worked with recognizable commercial-industrial builders in Melbourne and have a positive attitude to your work.
You will need good communication skills, a strong sense of commercial acumen, and a good construction knowledge to fit within the existing team.
This role will suit someone capable of working with established systems and managing the financial/commercial aspects of significant projects.
Remuneration will depend on experience but could range from $140k - $200k for the varying roles and projects.
