As a Guest Service Officer at Four Seasons Hotel Sydney, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional guest service and ensuring a smooth and memorable experience for our valued guests. About you: 
You have the gift of the gab and excellent communication skills
You must be passionate about providing the most memorable guest experience a Hotel can offer
Be able to maintain attention to detail and accuracy in a fast paced environment.
Excellent time management skills
The ability to work a rotating roster with weekend, evening and the occasional overnight availability
Experience working with the Opera system is an advantage
