FMR Investments is seeking a full-time Human Resources Coordinator to join our Corporate Office team. Based in South Perth, you will be working with Senior HR personnel to provide support and assistance in various HR tasks.
We are looking for an individual who is self-motivated, determined, and able to prioritise tasks. Knowledge of the mining and resources sector is advantageous.
Duties and Responsibilities
Assist in the development and implementation of HR system documentation. Develop and review HR Systems, policies, and procedures as required. Provide administrative support to Senior HR personnel. Administer HR Inbox and when required redirect to Senior HR personnel. Prepare, review, and amend employment agreements/variation letters. Facilitate the recruitment process (booking interviews, etc.). Maintain HR related registers such as vacancies, recruitment, disciplinary, apprentices, and employment variations. Maintain employee personnel and recruitment records. Coordinate and review visa eligibility to meet legislative requirements. Liaise with payroll as required. Communicate and/or elevate any issues or areas of concern to senior HR personnel. Gather, format, and manipulate data to generate basic reports. Participate in HR projects and initiatives as directed. Experience
Recognised related qualification highly regarded. Highly proficient with Microsoft Office suite. High level confidentiality and probity skills. Ability to work unsupervised. Ability to prioritise workload. Ability to work in a team environment. Excellent communication skills (verbal and written). Strong attention to detail. All successful applicants require a National Police Clearance and the ability to pass a relevant full pre-employment medical including drug and alcohol screening. Candidates must also have a legal right to work in Australia to be considered.
