Roles and ResponsibilitiesStrong SAP BASIS Experience of 2 to 10 yearsFamiliar with SAP Products (SAP ECC, BW, Portal and Solman, BOBJ, PI-PO, Fiori, S4 HANA, BODS) installations, Administration with strong troubleshooting skillsUpgrading various SAP Systems using SUM toolsMigrating SAP Systems heterogeneous (SWPM, Export / Import)Migrating SAP Systems homogeneous (SWPM, Backup / Restore)Data Center MigrationsPerform SAP client administration (create client, copy client, delete client, export/import client) as requiredWorks on advanced, complex technical projects and L3 level business/technical issues requiring state of the art technical or industry knowledgeExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to interact/interface directly with clients or Senior BASIS managers and provide timely updatesShould work independently and help other team members as needed in Project or L2 Support teams for expert guidanceAbility to manage multiple tasks
