The Role
As a Fluid Management Operator , you'll be at the heart of our field operations. This is a hands-on role where you'll manage critical fluid management tasks, from setting up equipment to ensuring safety protocols are met. You will be instrumental in the smooth execution of complex projects and have a direct impact on our success. Key Responsibilities Operational Excellence: Lead equipment mobilization and demobilization, ensuring fluid management systems are properly set up and dismantled to meet project requirements. Equipment Mastery: Operate and maintain fluid management equipment to the highest standards, ensuring everything runs smoothly and safely on site. Collaborate & Coordinate: Work closely with multi-disciplinary crews to ensure fluid management processes integrate seamlessly with other field activities. Safety Champion: Prioritize safety at all times by adhering to company, client, and legislative safety procedures. Participate actively in safety meetings and audits to foster a culture of safety first. Proactive Problem Solving: Troubleshoot technical issues as they arise, ensuring minimal disruption to operations and identifying opportunities to improve processes. Mentorship: Train and guide junior field staff, transferring your expertise and fostering a high-performance culture. Documentation & Reporting: Keep accurate and up-to-date records on operational activities, maintenance, and safety documentation. What You Bring to the Team Experience: A minimum of 2 years in fluid management or related field operations. Technical Skills: In-depth knowledge of fluid storage, fluid management systems, and the associated equipment. Ability to perform routine maintenance and repairs in the field. Communication Skills: You're an effective communicator who can collaborate with field teams, report accurately to supervisors, and build strong relationships. Problem Solver: You're resourceful and capable of resolving on-site issues quickly and efficiently, with a focus on minimizing downtime. Safety-First Mindset: A commitment to safety and the ability to strictly follow all safety protocols, with a proven track record of safe operations in the field. Organizational Skills: You can manage multiple tasks simultaneously, ensuring everything runs smoothly while maintaining high attention to detail.
