You will need: A friendly attitude and good communication skills to provide the attentive customer service Hill Street is known for.Certificate III in Floristry; if you don't have this, you will need to demonstrate extensive industry experience and knowledge of floristry skills, flower care, and seasonal availability.A love of working with flowers, food, home wares, and people (both teammates and customers) will help you enjoy your role.A great eye for displays and merchandising.Excellent gift wrapping skills.Energy, initiative, and willingness to take direction.The ability to follow company procedures and regulations, particularly regarding food handling and workplace health and safety.Ongoing daytime availability on at least 3-4 days per week and every second weekend.
