The Opportunity
We are seeking seasoned Sales professionals to join our team on-site in Varsity Lakes. Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for qualifying inbound calls, closing deals, capturing client and job data, handing over jobs to our service delivery teams, and providing occasional post-sales support to clients. Experience in our industry is not required as full training will be provided.

You have full Australian working rights You have 5+ years of proven experience as an inbound Sales professional (phone-based) You can empathise with callers who have just been impacted by a flood You can follow a process to qualify opportunities based on value and risk You can follow a process to support callers through providing key job information and accept job terms You can capture information in a consistent format You can process rapid job hand-overs to service delivery teams You have strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills You can prioritise tasks effectively You are resilient when dealing with a large call volume when demand is high You are tech-savvy and can use a variety of cloud-based tools Ideal Candidate Profile
10+ years of proven experience as an inbound Sales professional (phone-based) Experience selling time & materials based services Experience in restoration, trade, or insurance sectors Experience in B2B and B2C sales Experience proactively identifying and delivering on continuous improvement initiatives during any downtime Responsibilities
