Our e-commerce platform continues to grow and we are looking for an experienced, customer focused professional who can take the lead in building the Fliteboard e-commerce experience of the future. About the role Developing and executing our ambitious global ecommerce plans in alignment with our business goals and customer obsessed approach. Specialising in Shopify to build great web experiences. Prioritising and leading projects that involve multiple stakeholders and deliver great customer and business outcomes. Managing the day to day running of the ecommerce websites, working closely with internal specialists and external agencies. Leading e-com operations and coordinating efforts across creative, sales, marketing, customer support, logistics, supply chain and IT teams. Analysing and evaluating performance, revenue, profitability and overall customer experience to deliver actionable insights. Analysing website visitor behaviours to drive Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO). Working with brand, marketing and customer teams to drive more of the right type of traffic and leads to our website and database. Managing product structure and presentation for best results. Minimum qualifications and experience Have at least 5 years experience in ecommerce management, including exposure to global markets. Have deep and up to date experience in Shopify. Have successfully built and launched websites. Are a hands on operator keen to roll up your sleeves and get things done. Know how to support and lead experienced agency specialists to help bring ambitious goals to life. Can keep projects on track, managing expectations and keeping focus on what's going to deliver the best results. Can scale an ecommerce business profitably. Can use insights to your advantage, trialling new things, pushing ahead with what works, moving on quickly from things that don't.
