Job DescriptionWorking within the Charter Team, your main responsibilities would be to ensure that private charter flights are managed from initial enquiry, quotation, booking of aircraft to the completion of the charterBuild and maintain relationships with key travel bookers over your assigned client portfolioBuild and maintain relationships with operatorsAssist in growing operator database and ensure operator and fleet data is accurate and up to dateManage charter requests from clients in a timely mannerManage and communicate all booking changes as requiredCreate flight briefs and post flight reportsEnsure all flight bookings adhere to our legal and compliance guidelinesManage client and supplier invoicing requirementsAdhoc reporting requested by clientsDomestic travel may be required from time to time to visit clients and operatorsAssisting brokers with adhoc tasks from time to timeThe role requires flexible working hours.
