Discover the Opportunity We are looking for a qualified Flexographic printer to join the Opal Cartons manufacturing team based in Banksmeadow on a full-time, ongoing basis.
The site operates 24 hours per day, 5 days per week (Monday – Friday), and the successful candidate will be working on rotating 12-hour shifts.
You will contribute to the success of Opal by: Producing printed carton products on large format printers Setting up, production run and shut down sequences of the Flexographic operations in accordance with the daily schedule and within set commercial parameters.
Reading, interpreting and communicating the job requirements and tasks.
Maintaining a clean and well-organised workspace Communicating with other team members and team leaders Performing quality checks & operating machinery in a safe manner Working efficiently to achieve production targets

Specifically for this role, we are ideally looking for: Experience in using flexo-printers and multi-colour printers The ability to work independently and as part of a team Excellent communication, numeracy and problem-solving skills Experience within a manufacturing environment is preferable A strong work ethic and a willingness to learn.
