Role The FLO Wellbeing Coordinator will work under the direction of the FLO Campus Principal, as well as working collaboratively with the FLO Leadership Team to support improvement in student wellbeing and engagement across the FLO programs of CaLM, FLIP and VPC. The core work of the FLO Wellbeing Coordinator is to: lead proactive and preventative work relating to student wellbeing with the intention of building staff capacity to meet the wellbeing needs of students through professional development, modelling, promoting and consultation; lead the development and implementation of early intervention strategies and raise mental health and wellbeing awareness; ensure appropriate, consistent, and timely professional level wellbeing support is provided to students where mental health, wellbeing and behaviours of concern arise; provide leadership, support, and guidance to the teaching and education support staff The FLO Wellbeing Coordinator will provide a coordinated response
