As a 'black belt' foreman, you are in charge of getting things done. A Flexem Foreman gives no excuses and is forever resourceful.
You are not on the tools, but you ensure all trades are working safely, to the program, and according to our quality standards. However, you must have extensive hands-on experience in either a trade or construction (e.g., carpentry, electrical, building).
