What we are looking for: To help support the growth of the department and the development and implementation of our new Fleet Telematics system, we are looking for a Technical Officer to join our team.
You'll work closely with departments across the organisation to understand their unique needs and identify opportunities for enhanced fleet operations.
What your day will look like: Coordinating the rollout, installation and configuration of telematics devices and sensors on fleet vehicles Organising routine maintenance and updates on telematics systems Diagnosing and resolving technical issues related to telematics systems and software Working closely with key user groups to provide technical support Identifying opportunities for improvement, identifying trends and inefficiencies Producing reports, policy documents, and frameworks to assist the organisation Please click here to view a full position description.
What you'll need for success: You'll have demonstrated telematics experience and skills in identifying improvement opportunities.
You'll be confident and capable working across a range of business units, liaising with user groups and understanding their needs.
You'll have: Strong planning and project management experience; Experience in data analysis and producing reports; The ability to multitask and organise workloads; A high level of computer literacy with the ability to pick up new systems with ease; and Current Class C drivers licence.
