Fleet Support Officer

About the role
This is a permanent, full time position working 35 hours per week at the Bomaderry Works Depot.
This role provides key operational and administrative support to all areas of the Fleet Services Unit.
Duties
Reporting directly to the Senior Fleet Support Officer, this position involves:
Refuelling trucks (MR licence)Process daily purchase orders, invoices and receiptsManage vehicle/plant insurance repairsOrganise vehicle (truck and car) movements and bookingsPreparation of plants and vehicles for disposal (remove stickers etc) and new vehicles for handoverSkills & Experience
In order to be successful in the position, you will have:
School Certificate or equivalentProven knowledge in the use of Microsoft Applications i.e.
Word, Excel & Access and OutlookClass MR Driver's LicenceWe are looking for someone with a background in automotive services (or similar) who has the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and can adapt to a constantly changing environment.
