Maintain compliant customer texting, following up as required to ensure efficiency.Time slot bookings: Collaborate with the Fleet team to optimise time slot bookings and delivery schedules. Coordinate freight paperwork, manage depot freight.Equipment Control: Ensure all inbound containers are scanned into depot and ensure accurate recording on inbound ancillary equipment in S2.Daily Movement Sheet: Check DMR and Freight Web daily to update inbound containers coming into the depot on Daily movement sheet. Take immediate corrective action for any missed or late pick-ups, ensuring minimal disruption to service.PUD Inbox: Monitor and distribute emails in PUD inbox to the relevant people to ensure all requests are dealt with in a timely manner.Record Maintenance: Update and maintain the Driver Masterfile, ensuring all necessary information and certificates are current.Special Requests: Handle special delivery requests and prioritise urgent freight as needed.Relationships & Communication: Build strong relationships with service providers, contractors, and internal teams.
