Fleet Sales Manager needed in Darwin!
Our client is a reputable and dynamic company within the automotive industry, specialising in multiple brands. With their commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction, they have built a strong reputation as a leader in their field. They are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Fleet Manager to join their team and oversee the fleet operations across multiple brands.
Job Responsibilities
As a Fleet Manager, you will be responsible for managing and optimising the fleet operations. Your primary goal will be to ensure the smooth functioning of the fleet while adhering to industry regulations and best practices.
Key Responsibilities Include
Utilise your proven experience in fleet management, particularly within the automotive industry. Apply your strong knowledge of fleet management principles, practices, and regulations to ensure compliance and efficiency. Demonstrate excellent organisational and multitasking skills to effectively prioritise tasks, meet deadlines, and handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously. Utilise your strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify and address operational challenges, with keen attention to detail. Foster effective communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain positive relationships with internal stakeholders, including management, staff, and suppliers. Leverage your proficiency in fleet management software and other relevant tools to streamline processes and enhance operational efficiency. Maintain a valid driver's license and lead by example in promoting safe driving practices within the fleet.
Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
Proven experience in fleet management, preferably within the automotive industry. Strong knowledge of fleet management principles, practices, and regulations. Excellent organisational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail. Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders. Proficiency in fleet management software and other relevant tools. Valid driver's license.
