ROLE OVERVIEW
We are seeking an experienced sales consultant ready to take the next step in their automotive career.
This role is perfect for an automotive professional with B2B sales experience, who believes they can successfully lead a team and drive excellence across multiple sites.

Your primary objective will be servicing existing customers, prospecting for new business, and providing automotive fleet solutions.
You will manage a book of current clients while growing it with new clients, leading a team of fleet consultants, and collaborating with various departments within Eagers to ensure the highest level of service delivery.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop and convert new business to increase volume and revenue growth.
Identify new opportunities and ensure continued partnerships with customers.
Build rapport and strong client relationships.
Deliver outstanding customer service.
Lead and guide a team of salespeople responsible for maintaining relationships with existing clients.
Manage KPIs and agreed targets.
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:
Proven experience in sales management, preferably within fleet management and the automotive industry.
Strong leadership abilities with a track record of motivating and managing high-performing teams.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
