We're looking for a creative, results-driven and hands-on Fleet Sales Manager to join the Polestar Australia team. Based in Sydney, hybrid working is available. The office is in Artarmon, and you will be required to attend customer meetings and events nationwide.This is a key role reporting into the Commercial Manager, Fleet & Pre-Owned. You'll be responsible for fleet sales, relationship building, and activities in the fleet segment. You will use Polestar's digital sales process and system to maximise sales and build a consistent order bank.We're driving change in the fleet market with a truly unique approach to customer centricity, collaboration and partnership. A successful candidate will know the traditional market and be keen to improve customer experience at every level, from driver to fleet manager to leasing provider.Key ResponsibilitiesManage the corporate sales channel nationally, focusing on Fleet Management Organisations, Global Key Accounts, Small-to-Large Sized Enterprises, and Government / Diplomat business.Work closely with Polestar Retailer Partners to maximise fleet sales opportunities.Develop fleet campaign strategies and programs to build the Polestar brand profile and drive sales objectives.Own, develop and manage existing relationships and build new ones with key stakeholders, in pursuance of new, strategically aligned partnerships.Leveraging Polestar HQ Fleet expertise, become the local subject-matter-expert of the Polestar Fleet sales tools, including new and renewal contracting.Collaborate with Polestar HQ Fleet and the broader Polestar Australia team (HQ staff and Spaces staff).Budget planning and forecasting for weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly sales volume and profitability targets.Take a hands-on approach with day-to-day customer operations and the interaction between Customer, Fleet Companies, Retail Partners, and Polestar.RequirementsPassionate and enthusiastic about sustainability and electric cars.Proven experience working in automotive fleet in a similar role is essential.Strong communication and influencing skills: willing collaboration and a can-do attitude will be key to succeeding in our small and efficient team.Results-driven individual with a dynamic, solution-oriented mindset.Excellent written, numerical and verbal communication skills.Enthusiasm for testing new ideas and ways of working.Professional and friendly attitude.Experience with Salesforce would be an advantage.Ability to build and maintain strong relationships, not only across teams but also with customers, dealers and clients.Desire to test new ideas and approaches and deliver best practice processes.What are the benefits of working at Polestar?Picnic Day: Enjoy a well-deserved day off following Boxing Day with our annual Picnic Day.
