The Opportunity Boeing Defence Australia's Maintenance Repair and Overhaul (MRO) Services division is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Fleet Planning Lead to join the Helicopter Aircrew Training System (HATS) program. The role can be located at HMAS Albatross in Nowra, NSW or the Army Aviation Training Centre in Oakey, Queensland.
Our team provides continuing airworthiness support for the Australian Defence Force's fleet of Airbus EC135 helicopters. As the Fleet Planning Lead, you will play a vital role in ensuring the optimisation of fleet availability through effective planning of aircraft maintenance and modification programs. Working with your team, you will be responsible for coordinating with key program, maintenance, engineering, and customer stakeholders to understand future maintenance/upgrade requirements, and workforce and facility constraints in order to develop short- and long-range plans. This role requires a critical thinker who enjoys problem solving in a complex environment.
