WorkPac are seeking an experienced Fleet Officer with the appropriate knowledge of tender management systems and other requirements.Our client is known for its diverse landscapes, rich history, and unique communities.What You Will Be DoingIn the role of Fleet Officer, you will play a key role in supporting our organization's fleet management functions.
This position focuses on ensuring smooth operations through efficient system management, process coordination, and staff training.
You will apply your expertise to the development and maintenance of an effective Fleet Management Framework to guide the life-cycle of fleet and heavy plant, from procurement and leasing to operational management and disposal, prioritizing efficiency and sustainability.
You will also manage the development and implementation of the Fleet and Plant Replacement Program to ensure our vehicles are fit for purpose and meet operational needs.This position will also provide administrative support and advice for procurement functions, working closely with our Procurement Officer to facilitate and maintain procurement processes, records, and tools.
