Report to the General Sales Manager, your key responsibilities will include:
Manage key relationships to ensure employer satisfaction and retention. Educate current and prospective members about financial products and benefits. Provide quotes for new leases, including the suite of products sold by Fleet Network. Submit finance applications and follow up conditions as required. Utilise modern digital tools and platforms to enhance sales and presentations and client interactions. Provide in-person and digital platform consultations to cater for a diverse client base. Gather feedback to improve the consultation process. About You Other key skills, experience and qualification:
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build strong relationships with clients. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficient in Microsoft 365. Experience in Novated Leasing and Salary Packaging is desirable. Hybrid Sales techniques and strategies are desirable. Ability to provide highly personalised service and care.
